Our Teen Weightlifting Academy is designed for teens who want to learn the fundamentals of weightlifting in a safe, supportive and coached environment.

With 3 sessions each week, athletes will have the opportunity to learn proper lifting technique, build strength and confidence, and develop their skills in a supportive training environment.

3 SESSIONS PER WEEK

Monday - 9:15am (21/09 & 28/09) Wednesday — 3:30pm (23/09 & 30/09) Saturday — 7:00am (26/09 & 03/10)

CHOOSE YOUR OPTION

6 CLASSES — $150 PER CHILD All 6 sessions across the 2-week school holiday program.

4 CLASSES — $100 PER CHILD Choose any 4 sessions across the 2-week program.

While your teen is building strength and confidence in the Teen Weightlifting Academy, you can get your own workout in too!

Our regular Adult Weekday CrossFit classes will run alongside the Teen Academy in the main gym area, making it easy for parents to train at the same time. No waiting around, you can both get your session done, then head home stronger together.
